Basil Kelly been dead these many years but God knows he would never have left these people like this. And no-one been to Acklins yet. They want the vote but not the heartache.shame on the plp.
Nevertheless I agree and Turks and Caicos is doing real fine with their USD base. But they got rid of the lunatic fringe in Government. We haven't yet.
banker: To dollarize the Government would have to be able to convert one for one, and they just don't have it. We are in the Cloud as the young people say.
Well that's a good explanation and a truthful one. Neither Tal nor birdie can challenge that but truth hurts, so in a way I am a teenie bit sorry for them..
banker: Look at the Jamaican Dollar today ! Post IMF intervention. The Greeks are sucking it up heavily now. Pinocchio has led us into the very jaws of the IMF.
Christie has no shame and none of the others even know how it is spelled. Steffan has got the money from the CCA deal, but you can bet your last Pindling Dollar that he is sharing that with Daddy. And it wasn't banked at BOB. Try Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC) in Hong Kong or New York or London. Some jail time is in order after the next election.
They sure as hell can show cause now ! What about the Bahamian Contractors who will never see their money now. Our Chinese friends have only looked after their risk insurance. With Chinese labour relations being what they are I don't think that anyone should look to them for any salvation. It just ain't coming folks. The EXIM Bank will now own the majority equity in the project so they are the de facto owners as of Monday 2nd November. I don't know how the Government can be driving the liquidation in any case but.
