There is a massive rift in the FNM. Butler-Turner is talking in terms of 'they' and 'me' and 'Niko'. Isn't that suggestive of, at least, two parts?

Butler-Turner is plenty confused. In one breath she says there was no leader as all positions had become vacant; then after the next few sentences, she says, "my leader called me". This is illogical.

Collie them should have known what to expect with regard to head count and advise the hotel accordingly, prior to check-in time. They just like to blame somebody else for their inefficiency and slothfulness.
