Porcupine says...

"Being right don't doesn't mean doing something wrong is right."
He didn't do something wrong, he did something wong.

Porcupine says...

So, no master plan?

Porcupine says...

birdie,
You are proving me wrong.
I thought you had a brain and were trying to fool everyone.
Your Jesus has nothing to do with what you are trying to argue here.
The Bahamas is on a steep downhill slide.
Do you deny this?
And, you think the PLP is just fine and dandy.
Obviously, you lack any sense of decency.
Sad that with people like you The Bahamas can only continue this death spiral.

Porcupine says...

Wow. Wow Wow.
There is not a word this man spoke that isn't true. We really need to get these guys on our side.
I think all politicians should have to have a real job in tourism, since this is our mainstay, before they get to write and pass laws that affect our whole country.
This is a disaster and nothing from the PM's office.
Shameful to the Bahamian people.
We really, really flucked this up.

Porcupine says...

All true.
Sad, but true.
And yes, think about the hundreds of millions of dollars the web shops bring in annually. That should all have been the People's money. Would we have to rely on philanthropists to get things done? This country could have been in a much, much better financial situation had we established a national lottery.
We could have agreed to pay Sebas to run this lottery for us, and give him 5 million dollars a year.
For that, he would stay out of jail.
Remember now, prior to the web shops being legal, they were illegal.
Why doesn't this bother anyone?
Why doesn't it seem to bother anyone that we handed away billions in dollars that is now being used to buy a political party, or two.

See birdie, I don't think you are quite as stupid as you lead people to believe.
That is why I think you are a PLP operative.
You always chose your party. before the good of the country.
But, being PLP, maybe you are lacking an average number of brain cells.

Porcupine says...

Was it not inevitable?
Money is never enough.
Like cocaine, very much like cocaine, money goes to one's head and distorts everything.
People become insatiable.
If there is nothing that is more apparent in this world at the present time, isn't it that WE should never, ever elect rich people to office.
Please, tell me when electing rich people to office has ever worked out for the Common People?
How can they represent people who are struggling when their biggest decision of the day is what kind of helicopter to fly to their party?
Let's get real.

Porcupine says...

Why did God allow him to get run over in the first place?
I'm sure birdie can explain clearly.

Porcupine says...

Martin Luther King jr spoke of the absolute need for: A radical revolution of values."
Do we understand what that means?
It means respecting people, but totally rejecting the social status quo.
It means that we reject most all of the present ruling class and speak out against the injustices done on a daily basis.
It means opposite of how we think and act today.
I don't think we understand the message.
I don't think we understand the true Christian message, either.
Is this not apparent to all who are awake?

Porcupine says...

You are exactly right with regards to economics.
