You really need to crawl from under your rock. Singapore, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Dubai even the Caymans have a very open policy towards expats This is what enabled them to become wealthy. Look at the USA. They dominate the world in technology because they are able to attract the best minds on the planet. There is no country with a protectionist policy that ever became wealthy. That is a fact, and that is why the Bahamas will never be like these countries.
