Ha! You're joking right? It is Happy Hour already?

Interesting that you should raise this, because the race for deputy in 2012 is something she really should not have brought to the public's attention based on what she did in that race to get the spot she now has. I doubt she wants the public to hear that level of dirty laundry about her, yet she is hell bent on airing her party's internal laundry about others. The country does not need this from the Opposition.

Agreed. Granted, neither does Dr. Minnis, but she is showing herself as being grossly immature. On that radio programme she also took cheap shots at two of her fellow colleagues who though still in the FNM, are not even active in politics anymore. She sounded desperate for affirmation while at the same time speaking with a sense of entitlement as though she is owed support or deference. The FNM is truly in a bad state right now.

This woman is pathetic and ridiculous. Why is she talking about a convention 2 years ago where everyone was vying for posts? She was not the deputy at that point, she was trying to get the post just like others were, so no one owed her their support and no one took anything away from her. Does she understand what a convention is? Further, why is she bringing this to the public? She is too old for this childish behavior and sad attempt to get pity from people by playing a victim. Based on her behavior, little about her shows leadership material. A person being well-spoken does not automatically make them fit to lead a nation. She needs to focus on the country and stop bothering us Bahamians with this infantile back and forth going on in her party.

I didnt say she drove such a car. The question was no matter what kind of car one drives, who in Nassau basically invites someone to steal their car by leaving one's keys in one's car

Both Minnis and Butler-Turner are immature, insecure, petty alleged politicians. Why would they want to bring any of this to the public, either through tabloids or mainstream media? How is any of this in the public's interests? The Bahamian people do not have time for this nonsense with everything that is going on in the nation today. These two are an embarrassment to politics. The PLP is an embarrassment in governance, but not politics. Politics they can do. Governance they are a bloody train wreck at.

Gomez is not lying. The person had malaria, not Ebola.

On Ebola rumour ‘completely untrue’

Who leaves their keys in their car and just walks away in Nassau? Whether you drive a Pinto or a Benz, who does that?

This was already something that had to be considered before the granting of bail for certain specified offences under Part C of the Bail Act since 2011. This is already the law of the land, it is not new. Does the Bahamian media know anything about their country or do they get paid extra just to repeat what is said without context or challenge?

On Court must now consider the safety of victims

Why don't these guys just read the Bill that has already been voted on and passed by Parliament? It says exactly what the law will require regarding VAT on services in Freeport's Port Area.

On Gov't 'undecided' over Freeport services VAT
