Why does the Tribune still have up this wholly outdated forecast track?

Silly me, I was not aware that babies and avocados had so much in common.

Which planet does Basil Dean live on? This storm is projected to be a Cat 2 over the Bahamas.

I did not bother to read this story once I saw the headline; it would be minutes wasted that I of course can never get back.

> Dr Minnis has said the planned upgrades could create problems given the large number of births that occur around this time of year.

When is there ever a good time then? Did not know babies were seasonal.

> On Tuesday, Dr Minnis suggested that Mr Christie “check his facts” before making “untrue, reckless comments” about the Killarney MP’s tenure as minister of health.

I do not think Minnis wants the details of that tenure to come to light. He should remain content that the wider public does not know what it had the right to know about the things that took place under his tenure, both by his hand and by his refusal to act.

Who cares? Someone said something negative that offended him and his family. His actions and that of his government have actually damaged and destroyed lives. Where is his remorse for the mothers and daughters and wives and sons and fathers he has hurt? Sure, the lyrics were derogatory and it is unfortunate that his wife and children were maligned, but why did the songwriter need to be confronted by the Prime Minister? So that he could be threatened no doubt? Well which of us gets to confront the Prime Minister face to face about the pain he has caused untold numbers of Bahamians? He and his government can cause hurt and damage each and every day but when it comes back to him in a far lesser degree than he and his government are meting out, he cannot take it.

In addition to rank incompetence, one must recognize that the reason the Cabinet would not be moved to address such issues is they do not get medical treatment at PMH so it does not matter to them. Coupled with incompetence it truly is as simple as that.

I did not even bother to read this story. The headline was enough to spark profanities.

On PM speaks on good governance

Does anyone notice how this statement by Collie does not actually say **how** the FNM's plan would accomplish what he claims it would have? That's because it obviously wouldn't have.
