None of them should have been brought on board. Why is Bain taping a colleague and using the tape to try to extort his leader and others? Who cares about a personal conversation two neophytes are having about anything at all? And why have other FNMs as they usually do, run to the Tribune with this foolishness? And what does any of this have to do with what our nation is facing, except to show that none of these major parties are fit to be elected? The FNM slammed the PLP for business emails shared between business associates, but FNMs are recording personal conversations and making them public and/or sharing them with others. And the **personal** conversations are about petty, irrelevant nonsense that don't concern the public in the least. So every time they talk to one another on the phone or in a meeting between them, they are going to run to the media with "guess what so and so say?" These are the people who want to be elected to govern? These people are sick - and sickening, on both sides.
Jesus Mary and Joseph get over this political foolishness and move on. "I'm sorry" changes nothing, educates no one and fixes nothing. Both the PLP and the FNM played politics with the process in 2002, leading to the failure of the referendum. Are we going to get the FNM to apologize for its actions? No. And at this point it really does not matter. So sick and tired of everything in this country coming down to politics.
Most people in The Bahamas have no idea of how much BS they were fed by the Prime Minister in his address because they have no idea what the Hawksbill Creek Agreement says or what the Hawksbill Creek Agreement Act calls for - that includes most infamously the media which remains clueless on most substantive things in this country.
So true. Laing's former leader moved him from Marco City to Fort Charlotte in 2012 to try to save his hide because Marco City quite frankly cannot stand him. His "endorsement" as it were is hardly a help to Pintard, but he of course seems arrogant and disconnected enough to think so. Meanwhile, the fact that the FNM is running Pintard speaks volumes about how disconnected from the people the FNM is.

Comparing Jesus to Pintard. Oh yes, that's entirely logical...
