The commissioner's most important quality is to command the public's respect and trust in his ability to discharge his crime fighting duties. He clearly does not currently enjoy, nor will his shortcomings ever allow him to enjoy, that all important respect and trust!
Does the new Chairman of BoB and his new fellow board members agree with everything said here by our new Minister of Finance or will we soon find out from them that KP misspoke as only a typical interfering politician is inclined to do? BoB's stakeholders want and deserve to hear directly from the new board and not from yet another cabinet minister inclined to regularly interfere in BoB's affairs. No doubt the actions of the past and current government to date have totally wiped out the unsecured equity shareholders and are now eating into the secured investors' stake in a big way. Will anyone serve time behind bars for all of the abuses and misconduct (tantamount to outright instances of theft by politically connected persons) that have resulted in the implosion of this once rock solid financial institution?!

@Mudda: It would be the height of lunacy and insanity for the new FNM government to have engaged KPMG to investigate any aspect of the previous Christie-led government's wide spread corruption. Minnis hopefully realizes KPMG should not be given an opportunity to cover up any of the wrong that they have done in allowing themselves to be engaged by a known corrupt government for exceptionally lucrative fees!
Someone should be investigating how Greenslade the boatsman managed to acquire those expensive boats (yachts) that he purportedly owns and paid a fair price for. Rumors have been around for years that Greenslade's yachts were confiscated from drug smugglers, but were never put up for proper public auction.
Somehow I don't think any of those mentioned at the end of this YouTube video, including Chuck Fox, are very happy about USCBP seizing the Wes Win and its illegal cargo.
Cat Islanders have had a serious foot fungus epidemic for several years now and are convinced it was brought their way by unkempt Nassuvians. Local government of Cat Island therefore requires the shoeless foot smell test be done by Nassau airport security personnel before passengers embark on any direct or indirect flight from New Providence to Cat Island.
**Re-post:** His life's record is there and cannot now be changed no matter what all of the self-professed Christians may like to believe should be his legacy. The same holds true for Christie, Maynard-Gibson, Baltron Bethel and so many others like them. In the case of BJ, let's just say his maker is now left to pass final judgement, and leave it at that - nothing more need be said.
