I believe the Bahamas government has their approach for this all wrong. The government should not be in "Business" yet they continue to pursue that concept and they wonder why they crime and unemployment is out of control. This concept is a great idea don't get me wrong but this should be contracted out to a Bahamian company to establish this type of system. There is already a great group of innovate people doing stuff just like this for example www.Bahamago.com Which will create jobs and prosperity and in turn should reduce petty crime. IMHO they just don't get it!
