Prime Minister Philip Davis is all giggles and grins about the upcoming African Export-Import Bank annual general meeting (AGM) that will be held in The Bahamas this June and the prospect of tapping into the $700m investment earmarked for the Caribbean region.
PM Davis also better be aware that climate resilience, financial inclusivity and the digital transformation of our economies (horrible idea) is just the tip of the iceberg.
African states, especially West African countries like Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Gabon, Senegal, as well as Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, and others are actively dismantling the remnants and exploitation of Western colonizers.
Burkina Faso went from the poorest country in Africa to fastest growing GDP in the world in less than 6 Months after booting out former thieving colonizer France, and taking control of their own natural resources!
Niger has also followed suit by getting rid of France AND the United States, and is expected to join Burkina Faso quick rise from poverty to prosperity in a few short months after over one hundreds of years of poverty inflicted by thieving French colonizers exploitation.
Is PM Davis man enough to take back control of our natural resources for the benefit of the Bahamian people?
This man was sentenced to four months in prison for possession of 33 grams or 1.16 ounces of marijuana. After serving his sentence he will be a much worst individual than when he went in.
The government places very little value on Bahamian lives!
The PLP had all the answers for crime while in opposition! And police Commissioner Clayton Fernander along with Rodney Moncur said they too had all the answers before being appointed positions enabling taxpayers funds.
The PLP, Fernander, and Moncur **all lied** and must be held accountable!
They are not eligible to continue receiving payments from the people’s treasury.

**Asinine stupidity reigns supreme in the Bahamas** Just last week a poor Bahamian caught with 31 grams of harmless pot was jailed for years.
Foreigners continue getting away serious crimes while Bahamians are harshly charged.
Colonizer mentality to severely punish blacks and slap the wrist of whites is deeply entrenched in our politicians psyche!

As part of the plea deal, $50M cash settlement in leu of jail time was negotiated prior to Lewis turning himself in.
