Had a Bahamian opened fire on policeman the coconut judge or any other judge would unquestionably jail him for life!

Why are American boaters allowed free reign in and out of the country from a known virus hot spot when a Bahamian cannot move about inter-island, sell coconuts or fetch water from a pump?

Which pose more potential risk to the country?

"Whether the women walked away from the altercation or not, there is no excuse for violence against women or girls"???? WTF???

What an asinine, bias, discriminatory, statement!

Many women routinely go out of their way purposely causing violence against themselves. Women and any number of girls are well known to slap, punch, kick and attack men hoping to cause retaliation leading to police action, court, fines, and jail for the men.

There is often overwhelming excuse for men to protect themselves from these women. The courts need to recognize and acknowledge that women are not all "sugar and spice and everything nice", many women and girls are "salt and sour and everything horrible"!

SP says...

Extreamly cold hearted, callous, judge. I bet she has dog or cat at home that she wouldn't let sleep in Fox Hill prison for a second, but she has no problem banishing hard working honest people there for months! How do people like this sleep at night??

This is only one of many cases where judges were found inhumane and vastly deficient in metting out "justice". People with proven lack of empathy should not be alllowed to "judge" other people.

Judges function with impunity, which is more than likely the cause of their habit of cruelty. Unquestionably, in all cases, absolute power corrupts absolutley! How do we "flatten the curve" of the prevalence of this sort of injustice that is so well known in our court system?

What is the recourse for wayward judges? Are judges the only perfect and infallible individules in the country?

As with any situation of oversite, there needs to be checks and balances to ensure judges remain grounded and accountable for their actions!

Shameful! Totally shameful! I am at a loss for words.

SP says...

Beyond shameful and downright embarrassing!! The heartless judge has been correctly judged by the people.

Three of the things I didn't miss most under COVERT-19 lockdowns are seeing Haitians everywhere, being bombarded by Creol, and listening to pastors extorting money!

SP says...

What about the 3 legged drunken donkey?

SP says...

We really should give the three-legged, drunk donkey a try.

SP says...

Whatever the reason is, and even if its' an invalid reason, the donkey gets my whole families votes too, hands-down!

Give the damn donkey a pair of crutches and another case of rum. Going back to the PLP is NOT an option.

Disturbingly,1000's of people find themselves in similar positions with nowhere to turn for help. Many 1000,s of people have yet to receive any assistance from NIB. While the government promises that no one will go hungry, 1000,s of people are hungry and facing evictions today!

A tidy solution here would be to simply pause all rent and mortgage payments for the duration of the crisis, and restart afterward without any repayment. Homeowners and renters would be secure, and landlords would be mostly fine as well since mortgages are typically by far their largest expense — plus it would be much easier to administer without any complicated means test.

Those fortunate enough to collect NIB stipends can then use them for other basic essentials like food, toiletries, and utilities.

Hopefully, someone quickly throws this poor lady and her family a lifeline.
