The problem with obesity is that nobody, including the authorities, knows what "healthy eating" looks like. Even the diabetic websites tell you to eat rice and fruit...check it for yourself, it's true! Rice and fruit are SUGAR and sugar is killing the world. But the bigger issue is that unhealthy food is cheap and healthy food is usually more expensive...so areas with lower incomes tend to have terrible diets...which leads directly to obesity and other health problems.
