This has got to be one of the poorest written article I have read in a while. The title is about one incident, yet half of the article is talking about a completely unrelated incident. When the main topic is discussed, it seems to be missing key information! Who is Mr Moss?! You speak about him as if you mentioned him previously in the article. The narrative describing the parties involved seems to be glued together with glue from the dollar general or something. Take this back, edit, and come again please.
