Does her budget include re-decorating Government house???

But it's not an official complaint because the tourists had to get back on their cruise and couldn't fill out the form. Not official means ain't nothing happening. Again the taxi driver is protected by corrupt officials and he is free to scam more tourists. YAY us!!
I'm proud to be Bahamian.

“I don’t want nobody think I obligated to stay there and wait until they decide they want to come back,” he said. “That’s not how it work. I running a business.”

They hired this man for the whole day. His business is to cater to them for the whole day. If they want to stop at the beach, then you stop at the beach and you wait for them. This fool say he running a business but he doesn't understand what that business entails. He wants to run around making more money while he's already made promises. $540 is a lot of money for a days work. He shouldn't have left them alone for the whole day. It takes most Bahamians 2 weeks to make that much.
What an ungrateful, evil person. He needs to find Jesus!

Note to all other broadcasters out there. You can play whatever nasty songs you want - URCA will only give you a warning. Maybe URCA should change its acronym to lego - let everyone get obscene.

What are we celebrating exactly? Britain simply didn't want anything to do with us and prepared documents for us to sign. And VOILA! We are independent... though not by choice.

Sickened says...

They should repeal and replace the Public Disclosures Act as well. Maybe call it the 'Hilarious Suggestion to Help Catch Crooked Politicians Act'.

Sickened says...

Just another disgrace by our governance. And we celebrate 50 years of what? Corruption, laziness and incompetence?

It is now very clear why The Bahamas will never move away from diesel to LNG or propane. With our maintenance record, our crew would have blown up the Bahamas 100 times by now. Every fuel line would have a leak and then caboom!! With Diesel no problem can't throw a match on that.

A collapsed roof will not delay the project? How many days will it take to: perform a proper inspection of what went wrong, then clear up the current mess, then get more materials to the site and then put up the new rafters? If all of those things don't add up to a significant delay then I'm living in the wrong universe.

Will there be any non-cronies appointed? Hopefully we get at least one sensible, independent person.
