So glad to see the PM in country. YAY! That alone is a big step in the right direction. As for the hospital being repaired - it will be very similar to Village Road but with a lot longer time frame. Nothing will be completed until their last year in office. They need to time it any success with election dates. Doing anything now is not in their political interests.
Our VAT money is better spent giving it to a bum on the street that it is giving it to government. As the least the bum will buy something with the money and not just put it in his private bank account or in their safe in their private residence (like Westridge as a random example).
What Haiti needs is the French to go back in a clean up the mess. Leaving it to the locals was a death sentence. Just look at us... it's happening here as well.
ZNS may not be paying him for 'consulting'. But did he get an increase of salary for his press secretary job? This is typical stink politics from the PLP.
Absolutely. The vaccines were absolute crap and the boosters are just a money grab. How anyone can even consider getting one more shot is dumbfounding. These vaccine adds are very similar to cigarette adds. Things that make you go hmmmmm!
Absolutely. And you can be absolutely sure that they arrived with illegal guns and cutlasses. If they decided to be violent and shut the locals up with violence then we would be in real trouble. It would take our entire police force to go and route them out. So far we have been very lucky that a Haitian gang hasn't decided to invade and take over one of our smaller islands.
Only White people bring the illegals in and now only white people complaining about it? I'm pretty sure Alicia is missing a big part of the story. And trust me... if we had 150k illegal Chinese or Filipino or Canadians we ALL would be complaining about them as well - even if they didn't live in our bushes.
With a rap sheet like that i have to question why the guy was not in prison. Who let a murderer, armed robber, thief, drug dealer and firearm toter walk the streets. Let me guess.... our corrupt and incompetent courts??? I imagine the police knew the risks of dealing with this guy and decided to be brutal. Good for them. I wouldn't be remotely upset if they happened to shoot him as well. If the courts can't deal with these guys properly then someone has to.

Our future is looking very bleak. Like we're in a long, one-way, tunnel with plenty cars behind us and the tunnel ahead has collapsed.
