How many spare troops do we have to send? 10? 20? How many of them will be trained in urban warfare - because that's the situation they will face? Or will be sending guys to help in administration? Doubtful because we probably only have a dozen or two that have the education and acumen to complete an intelligible report.
If we send a dozen guys there will be 4 on the ground at any one time (assuming 8 hour shifts). So four guys... enough to secure one small office building - 2 in the front, 1 in back and 1 inside doing the rounds. How many office buildings and or street corners are there in Haiti?

The Gov't had better make a plan NOW to assist the poor and the dozen or so middle class people that will need help getting insurance coverage in 10 years.
