Poor mega rich fella. $100k must mean a lot to him these days. How was Atlantis to know that the 'deck hand' wasn't authorized to sign? The deck hand should also be a defendant in the case if he acted without authority.
Tal this is exactly why we are a doomed state. Every time a terrible decision is made the party making the decision flip back through history to say "but so and so did something similar back then". The Omar Archer thing was wrong and so is this. Why can't you just say that?????
Funny thing is. They waiting for gov't to build the stall cause I guess they aint got no money. But once that stall is built these fellas will quickly find money to expand it and put in AC and generator.
The PLP will not act. They will hope to lose the next general election so that the FNM can make the tough decisions. The population will be upset at the FNM and the PLP will get back into power and be able to blame the FNM for the huge increase in NIB funding. This back and forth has been going on for 20 years now. The PLP simply don't get into politics to make the country better - they have other desires.
The Bahamians being left out of the free beach access are not investing in the tourist business. They are free loaders who only want access because it is free. Try and charge them even $5 a day for access and tell them that there are certain rules they must follow such as not taking a shit in the bushes and covering it up with sand, and they will be screaming from the dune tops about how unfair they are being treated.

Gomez must have paid handsomely for that diplomatic title. Jokes.
Is Munroe also seeking $1.25million from the sale as he acted as Andrawos attorney as well, and one must assume that he didn't get paid either?
This all does smell like rotten fish though and of course the PLP are at the center of it all. why can't we improve???????

It is wrong; but it's also wrong that the garbage left over ends up either in the ocean or on the 'rich people's' property.
