One would speculate that it would take weeks for a sales agreement to be made and then fuel shipped in to the country and then that fuel actually pumped out into cars?
Unless of course there are ships full of fuel floating in The Bahamas and you call them up and negotiate a price and then they swing by your dock and unload?
