A sensible, god fearing judge certainly would. Unfortunately, some of our judges are just as corrupt as our politicians. When asked about the issue, the bad judges will respond saying that ankle monitoring is under the control of the police. A good judge would say that it seems to be an issue and if it continues then we certainly have to look at other types of punishment and remand.
I now realize that he is really speaking to senior police and office and he's absolutely correct, nobody should be fearful. This is the Bahamas, nobody is held to account.
Sounds like yet another foreign investor get swing by our christian people. None of these parties looked into the zoning properly? Doubtful. They knew there was more money to be made by keeping that little fact a secret and then charge him extra for the laborious task of re-zoning.
Sorry but you are dead wrong. Government is the ONLY one to blame for BPL's woes. But I understand what you're saying. ;) They put the wrong management in place, they give all contracts to one person and on top of all of that destructive behavior, they don't even pay their God Darn bills. Intentionally and knowingly crippling our economy. criminals!!!
