I hope BPL only fixes the pole and does not consider fixing the issue being that there is no redundancy in those areas. It's good for criminals to know that they can take entire neighborhoods offline for half a day with a single act.
Fat people will die from this or something else. Let's not stop the world for their personal failings. Protect the innocent young and the sensible old people. All others shall perish when the good Lord decides for them to do so.
Someone in his party is setting him up for failure. There's no way a sane person would have locked everything down like that with no notice. Pure insanity.
Correct!!! ignorance of the masses is the problem. Government can only do so much; but when you have 300k mentally challenged high school graduates partying and drinking every night during a pandemic then there's no real solution. You just gotta hope that the ignorant ones die off quickly. Thank you Jesus for shining a spot light on our shortcomings.
I appreciate your effort in trying to talk sensibly with 'tribanon'. You must be a teacher because most of us speak around the intellectually challenged.
I feel the pain but it's not like tourists are coming here anyway. There's now way shops downtown, especially the jewelry shops, would be opening up until the cruise ships start coming in. And even when the cruise ships eventually start coming in the operators will probably make it so onerous for passengers to get back on the ship that the vast majority of passengers will just stay on the ship while in port. We still are not even close to getting the economy back to 50%.
