I take it this officer was promoted many times under former administrations even though he has little capacity to fulfill the role. Perhaps he's only capable of running a girl's school? Sadly the people have to bear the cost of incompetent civil servants being pushed up the ranks because of their affiliations rather than competencies.
Restaurants are NOT in business to provide customers with things they simply want. I wouldn't expect a restaurant to just hand over packets of ketchup when all I order is a small soda. Packets of sugar have a cost and that cost is reflected in the price of coffee/tea - not sandwiches.
May I ask what you want the sugar for? It is a strange request to order a sandwich and a couple packets of sugar. Assuming you got an orange juice instead of a coffee/tea, was the sugar to put in your juice - to make it sweeter? Was it to sprinkle on your egg sandwich?
Just know that if you ever get to run the country, because of a party victory, then we will have no confidence in you from the very first second you attain power. You and the vast majority of your party are a disgrace.
I don't care what you do with her just make sure that she takes her medicine and no longer has the ability to harm the general public. If she harms anyone else ever again the persons responsible for her care and supervision should also be held personally accountable for the harm done. This woman is sick and a serious threat to society.
I'm not sure what the time limit is for each member to participate but it needs to be shortened so that they skip the trivial talk and get to the matters at hand. Listening to the contributions of so many MP's is infuriating for the first and last few minutes. Most of their time is spent complaining about this and that person and what was done 5 and 10 and 15 years ago and who died and how nice a family is. Can't they just contribute to the pros and cons of the bill and sit down and shut up?
Learning curve??? Civil servants and their D average face a learning wall. And the wall is 500 miles high and on fire. They dare not even attempt to touch it let alone try to climb it.
