The PLP have never before even considered a balanced budget; the meaning and benefit of one is lost on them. The PLP only ever asked what there borrowing capacity was. If they still had room to borrow then was considered good governance.
Anyone playing a game machine must know that they are fixed to give a certain payout. This is a norm for the industry. The last I heard was that most of the houses set the machines to keep about 70%. However, this can be adjusted every hour if they wish. So at Christmas time they can simply adjust the payout to say 50% and you would have a lot more winners and happy customers.
First off, anyone wanting to run for the PLP is obviously in it for the money and thus a future criminal. They should be locked up for all the shit they **want** to do.
Let me guess, only one police car went to the 'drop off' and the police yelled 'stop police' as the car drove off. Sounds to me like the police didn't take this very seriously. In other countries every possible road out would have been blocked by police.
What about those Tesla cars parked up by Baha Mar all the time? They driving guests around with regular license plates. So, obviously no special insurance can be given for their occupants.
Silly observations. The landscaping needs to be done and this is the only alternative. And it's not like there is a ton of traffic at any time on that strip. If you can't see far enough ahead of you and change lanes in a safe and smooth manner then perhaps you need your license revoked! Plus, you've obviously seen them out there numerous times so you know to expect it - look ahead instead of looking at your phone!
We all know the laws but we also know that these laws are VERY rarely enforced. Unfortunately, some laws have to be ignored as they are so irrelevant in this day and age and simply soooo stupid, that to obey these laws should have you locked up for being a mindless moron. One example is the current law that makes it a crime for residents to have non-Bahamian dollars in their possession UNLESS they are on the way to a bank to deposit them.
