I agree with you Mandela. However, how can this be properly investigate when it probably happened soooo many years ago. No pictures, no video, just his word against the police. I'm sure these things happened because everyone knows of someone where this truly happened. But to throw out a case just because police beat the crap out of someone??? Surely there was more evidence than just his forced confession?
I'm really not sure why we celebrate the last 50 years because we have only gotten worse in EVERY aspect during that period. If it wasn't for big foreign owned hotels and cruise ships, we would be a 21 X 7 shanty town.

This government is really total crap! To not have the pool ready is a national disgrace. Thankfully we have foreigners that invest their money in our country. Without them we would have nothing but dilapidated buildings and leaders that spend as much time as they can OUT of the country. Just sickening!

What about parking for maintenance staff, building manager, when deliveries and workmen/maintenance workers come to fix stuff, guest parking.
A building like that should have at least 45 -50 spots.

I'm not sure that we can rely on the comments from a board member if said board member would not confirm who they were. If I understand correctly what I'm reading then I'm surprised the Tribune would print this.

Kudos for the PLP for getting this done. The FNM tried (not fully convinced about the amount of effort though) but the PLP did it. It just goes to show that sometimes you need a party like the PLP in power, as they don't ask permission for anything.. they just do whatever they want.

Some of those streets in the heart of the island (around the public dock) have handfuls of unkept men just sitting around all day in front of their apartments. I reversed several times back out of those corners because I had daughters in my golf cart. Not taking the chance.
