We need to first make all new government hires contribute to their own pension plans and try our best to get the current employees to contribute at least something. Next we need to put in more tiers in the contribution system (i.e. people making over $100k should contribute more in dollar terms). For someone making $200k a year to be contributing the same amount in dollars as someone making $40k a year is beyond stupid.
Can you imagine if 20 people with disabilities showed up? It would take over an hour just to get them all upstairs. And god forbid something happens and they need to leave the building quickly. I wonder which MP's would help get the disabled out and which would push them aside?
People are led by example and our nation's greatest and most respected leaders are our priests and politicians. No wonder sweethearting and HIV and crime is rampant!!!

We ga have 10 medal races and we ga give a medal for every 1st (Gold), 2nd (Silver) and 3rd place (Bronze). So how many medals do we need? Uh.... let's get 8 Gold, 9 Silver and 12 Bronze. Why so many Bronze? Well you know how hard it is to get a Gold so we don't need as many of those. And, we ga order more Bronze because more people ga win them... and they cheaper! What if there's a tie? Child please... slim chance of that happening.
I once asked one of these young up an coming politicians (who is now an MP) how we can fix our political system because it just doesn't work well (none that I know do). He looked at me like I was insane! There is VERY little will from outside or within politics, to make things better.
Hold on!!! People from foreign don't play sick twice a month and have to do school run to pick up their auntie's cousin's kid, and be on the phone half the day cause dis' one get shot and that one daughter in hospital again???
