The cabinet only meets once or twice a week. They shouldn't be spending ALL of their time, still now, talking about the wreck that the PLP left. Part of every meeting should be spent planning the road ahead and executing fixes to the system. For example a normal meeting would be... we found this issue back in June and after vigorous auditing there is no trace of $40 million being spent although received; this is our proposal to fix this problem and to make sure it never happens again; discuss the proposal and other suggestions and then pass the drafted legislation if there are no changes to it. BAM! One issue solved. Next meeting do it again!
Agents who steal a lot should be moved to the family islands where they can only steal a little. We know most customs agents in LPIA steal because either the bag boys tell us so or the agent asks for something directly.

Churches need to be f'n banned! They are taking whatever is left in their poor/ignorant parishioners' pockets after the criminal numbers goons have gotten their share.
I think that that's a good thing - as long as any development is in the family islands. We need a British Colonial type/look/size hotel in each of the major family islands. This would be a great anchor to get Bahamians to settle there and the number of employees would help to create many private businesses from stores to restaurants to services.
I say build a new prison in Andros and then nuke the current one with it's occupants. Anyone convicted of murder, attempted murder, rape, armed robbery or assault with a deadly weapon has a right to appeal within 3 months. If found guilty again then they are hung within 72 hours. No need to keep this type of scum around for long. It is not about deterring criminals, it is about punishing the bad!
