Our laws should contain wording to the effect that if developments by foreigners stay empty and idle for 5 years then their title automatically transfers to the Bahamas government. A serious investor will agree to this because they could not fathom the idea of their business failing and sitting empty and idle for a five year stretch.
And why on earth would the government pay for his medical care in Florida when we supposedly have state of the art facilities and the best doctors here in The Bahamas?
Government needs to get out of the way and let the people go solar so that we can finally reduce BEC to a sustainable, efficient, **alternative** electricity supplier.
So this "highly sophisticated software" allowed a couple of Bahamians to place a bet on a non-existent Iowa house draw and to get a receipt showing their purchase. AND you took their money without verifying that the lottery house still existed and gave them a printed contract detailing this fact! Sounds like you don't know what you are doing and that your software is CRAP!!
Unfortunately it looks like these guys had their seat-belts on. Shame! These bold fella's should have been man enough to speed around, and more importantly crash, without seat-belts on. I guess they ain't *total* gangsters.
Someone needs to invent a remote seat-belt unlock button and an airbag disengage button for police so that when these criminals crash they end up flying headfirst into a brick wall and we taxpayers save the expense of buying bullets.

I hope that the number criminals continue to fund this new government. If not, we are doomed to look to international markets.

These numbers criminals need to be shut down and all revenue collected prior to the PLP legitimizing them should be given to the treasury.
