What's this continuous nonsense about asking whether the death penalty will deter crime? Irrelevant question. The death penalty is meant to punish, and put an end to, crazy sickos who have murdered for sport, fun or the thrill of it. We don't need people like that to be in existence. And as a byproduct of that, if the fear of getting hanged deters some people from being a sicko, then great!
And as for the method of execution... who really cares, as long as they're dead? Hang um, inject up, decapitate them, suffocate them. I don't care and neither will the family members of the loved on who got murdered. Maybe let the deceased family choose the method. Personally I believe the person should be murder the same way that he murdered someone.
I would like to hear any suggestions from HRB about how to deal with the gang murders in particular. Are HRB so loving that they smile when gang members use their human rights to kill their competition? Somehow I get the feeling that HRB believes more in criminals having freedom to kill whenever and whoever they want, but at the same time they would carry on stink if the general public took up arms and started killing gang members.
Unfortunately no will believe you because you're white. Sorry for the reality check. The supporters of this government will argue you on this point EVEN though they know it's true. We're a damned nation. And for a so-called Christian nation that says a lot.
Remember this guy is a defense attorney. His job is literally to protect criminals. Any legislation put forth will be argued against because he needs to ensure that there are sufficient loopholes for his private practice. The LAST thing he wants is air-tight legislation where he will lose every case and thus loose his private practice.
Panic? Why Panic? The PLP are at the reigns - we straight. I mean the 'we' is only a few dozen people, but as long as 'we' straight then the masses seem to be very content.
Birdie. Do you want to split a billboard with me about the number of murders so far under the current administration? I was thinking of putting it up as close to the cruise ship port as possible. If you think that an idea such as this is really stupid then please let me know.
Right! Did the parents think that the sharks were de-toothed or that the dive staff would put an invisible shield around each tourist? Or did they think that these particular sharks received strict instructions not to bite humans? I could see Stuart cove being at fault if one of the divers intentionally dove down and but the young boys calf, causing it to bleed. Other than that... suck it up, really traumatizing shit happens, especially when you throw your kid in a friggin shark tank!
