Politics in itself creates corruption. To get elected individuals have to dole out ten's of thousands in the community as well as ten's of thousands to the party. So after spending a couple of hundred thousand dollars just to get elected then you will want to see that money back in your account as quickly as possible. Then after 2 years the party starts hitting the candidate up for more money if they hope to get nominated again so they spend the next 3 years slurping up cash in the hopes of getting re-nominated. The system was created by man (hence evil) and now the system demands people to be evil in order to join.
Expired passports are a breach? Since when? You only need an un-expired document when the account is opened. Having a passport expire in the last few months or even a year is not a breach of the law but of your stupid policy. A human doesn't stop existing or suddenly become a criminal when their passports expire. THINK!!!!
Central Bank does the same thing in their audits and I ask them to support that in their regulations - they can't!
Granted it is good practice to stay on top of that sort of thing, but a fine shouldn't even be contemplated.
Bringing back the old lazy retired people who only got promoted in the first place because of the number of years 'working' for the man and their political persuasions.
They should deploy the 14 violent police that have just been summoned to court. They would fit in nicely in Haiti and they can practice their murderous ways to their hearts content.
This process they always talk about... what is it exactly? Is it the process of saying absolutely nothing further on the matter after the word 'process' is used.
Is it too sensible to put both government and the retailers on a fixed percentage along with a minimum? That way if fuel prices drop to $1 then both parties can charge their minimum mark-up. And if the price goes to $10 a gallon they both charge the percentage - gov't gets their cake either way and the retailers will always know their spread.

Will the report be made public? NO WAY!!! The people will only hear tiny bits and pieces.
