So these fellas illegally take what $6,000 worth of grouper out of the sea and are only fined $1,500. Seems like it's worth the risk. Shouldn't the monetary fine be at least based on how much you're caught with? I personally think the fine should be double that what you are caught with as I assume that this isn't the first time that you've done this. Our courts continue to be an absolute joke on absolutely everything.
Let us also remember that the good Lord also made/allowed the plane to crash. The mystery of his works remains just that, a mystery. I trust that this accident will save the lives of many more through careful thought about maintenance/weather/procedures - regardless of what may have caused the crash.
It is truly disgusting and disturbing. It keeps me focused though... on working hard so that I can get my entire family out of this politically cursed country as soon as possible. Our future is a flotilla of Haitian made sloops leaving The Bahamas and heading to North Florida. Hopefully the US will be kind enough to include us in their wet foot/dry foot policy.
I think Mitchell himself should get an award. Why you ask? Because he needs it. What category you ask? Any... he doesn't mind. As long as he's recognized.
