So these fellas illegally take what $6,000 worth of grouper out of the sea and are only fined $1,500. Seems like it's worth the risk.
Shouldn't the monetary fine be at least based on how much you're caught with? I personally think the fine should be double that what you are caught with as I assume that this isn't the first time that you've done this.

Let us also remember that the good Lord also made/allowed the plane to crash. The mystery of his works remains just that, a mystery.
