I would like to know more about this valet service - never heard of it. Which parking lot does this service run from? Sounds like another PLP handout if you ask me.
I suggest that the move the straw market from Bay Street and put it on the old post office block. That may attract some movement of visitors up that way and it will be easier for the majority Haitian/Jamaican stall owners and workers to find parking.

Can someone please translate what Ms. Small is saying? Is she hinting that the 400 vendors in the straw market all park their cars on Market Street and Bay Street? Well that's just not accurate.
