Thank you again FNM for reminding traveling Davis about this. Everything seems to be slipping his mind recently. And Mr. Mitchell please allow Davis to address the nation a couple of times this year. There are some important topics that we need to hear from him on and you keeping him quiet. Let the man address the nation. Stop leading the country from behind the scenes.
If our history isn't enough proof that bail should be denied for murder cases then we truly are not living in a real place. If there's enough evidence to take a murder or rapist to court then surely there's enough of a case to automatically deny him bail. What Mr. Cash if talking about is the protection of the accused. I'm not really sure if that is more important than the safety of the general public. And as far as the $ amount of bail some of these people get, how does a murder get out with $5,000 bail while someone accused of stealing a bumper have to pay $8,000?
It doesn't really matter how you categorize an item unless you want to be exact, which is silly. Just pick something close, like nuts, and move on. Exactness only counts if you are bringing back a container of something. Often I just pick household items for my Walmart receipt and put the value of the receipt as the total. No need to breakdown every item on the receipt unless you want to capture the different percentages.
It doesn't matter if you buy anything or not, as a Bahamian you still have to complete an electronic form in order to gain entry into the country. Cheaper to do a huge shop as you still have to wait in line behind everyone, even if you only have a briefcase and no luggage.
This will be an utter disaster for any country sending in troops. The gangs of Haiti will not tolerate it and will destroy any opposing force. This war with the outside will only unite many of the gangs together in order to repel the enemy. I hope our boys are issued chain mail as well as bullet proof vests because they are going to be assaulted with both bullets and cutlass.
Why exactly are we putting out fires in shanty towns? Isn't the idea to remove shanty towns? If God, in all his wisdom, has allowed a fire to break out then who are we to stop it. It will burn out in accordance with His plans. We should not interfere.
