An estimated 10 miles away from a **rbdf** **base** ?? 10 miles!! And the best the RBDF could come with was that it would be 2 hours. This is outrageous!! The primary mission and vision of any Defense Force should be to preserve life. Very shameful. Throw them and their assets in the garbage!!!!
