Every year as far back as i can remember, its been the same tired excuse, high demand.. why was this not being planned for 20 yrs ago for example when they were saying the same thing? our. govt tells us cooperate with the census takers because we use that data to plan. but reality sadly is there is no planning and never has been by either govt. they know we need more power when they can't meet demand. this is one example of why 3rd world countries remain 3rd world, no planning.
