So if the layoffs were for "performance based reasons" - which suggests they weren't doing their job properly or adequately... why exactly are they supposed to keep them employed? I don't think its any secret that service in the Bahamas is beyond abysmal - now they shouldn't even be allowed to fire people for providing abysmal service?
