Temporary workers brought on as Managers?! Well I'll be.....so what is the contracted length of their engagement? Who authorized the hires, and is it true that the openings were not advertised to the general public?
The government is about to make the situation worse by mandating in law that employers provide plans for their employees. What I would suggest is that all employed persons be required to have private pension plans instead. Insurance/ Financial Services companies can create the pension products and sell them to employed persons, with both employer and employee contributing.
