Implement a 15% corporate income (profit) tax and cut the NIB deduction rates in half and reduce gas diesel propane and all fuel taxes by half. Reduce business license fees for all to a simple $200 per year (per location).

Any gross increase in revenue from the adding and subtracting of the above shall by law be given to BEC earmarked to reduce the so called "fuel surcharge" which is literally killing Bahamians (the suicide rate is unacceptable).

Offer an amended lease which is truly fair to both sides and if Leslie doesn't want to accept or if his added amendments are ridiculous then stop paying and let him put govt in court. The man deserves to be paid but it must be fair to all. The sq ft rate needs great consideration as well...if it is a bargain then it is a bargain.

They are getting a slap in the face from Italy and Hungary - and surprisingly Sweden has just proposed a new law that migrants have to pay back social assistance before they can apply for citizenship.
