Mr. Irzmirlian ought to see the writing on the wall, and get himself and his family out of this country before they are arrested.

When the Govt says they won't even allow him to pay the staff the monies that are owed them (which they did via the Supreme Court today) - then it is obvious that something is very very wrong.

Clearly Govt wants this to fail, because those employees will now start going elsewhere and there will be not enough workers to re-open the hotel if it could be opened.

The longer he continues to try to make this hotel work (while govt wants it to fail) the longer he remains an enemy of the state, and the state's patience will run out with him.

I mean - what kind of govt or other group refuses outright $80 million which is owed to them? If someone owed me $80 million, I would be very happy if they came and paid me - I would not call the police and ask them to please prevent these people from knocking on my door.

PM Ingraham had every opportunity and the power to change House rules and to change our Constitution and enact other Laws to limit the nearly infinite power that the PM has under our Constitution. But he did nothing. He famously said "My worst day in power is better than my best day in opposition." BUT - knowing that he did nothing to improve the plight of those in opposition and give them more say over the country's direction. So now that Cash and them are in opposition they can go suck teeth - cause that's all the power Papa left them with.

Correct. I just hope BahaMar now has enough since not to spend one dime of their now cleared $80 million in this country. They can just say that the Bahamian courts have objected to their plan to save the project, and so they have no choice but to simply stand aside and observe. That Irzmalian guy should try liquify all his Bahamian assets as quickly as possible and get them in a Swiss Bank - yesterday if possible. Obviously he and his money and his wisdom and his goals for young Bahamians to be successful are simply not welcome here.

Absolutely correct. In addition, there is no such Law that allows employers to be charged. The NEW law that Mitchell brought forth a few weeks ago failed to included that aspect which he promised it would.

God really does exist - just that "he" is nothing like the character described in the Bible, Torah, or Koran. He is also neither a he nor a she. There is also no place such as Hell. We are children learning to ride our tricycles. When we "grow up" to a point of better understanding, God will become known to us.

We are incapable of knowing God at this time, just as it would be impossible to explain sexuality to a three-year old. They are not capable of understanding due to their current stage of development.
