Why don't all Government office in the Bahamas just lower the Bahamian flag - take it off the pole - and raise the Haitian Flag instead?

Somebody told me that the aragonite contract just signed last year actually pays a contract amount of over 50 times what we have to pay on foreign debt loans annually.

So we (they?) have income of over 50 times enough to cover our national debt - yet why are we borrowing money from others to pay our debt? Where is the aragonite money going?

That's the point - that people like Diaguilar (spelling?) would not take the job because it doesn't pay anything.

We need higher pay for MPs and I also feel we should have 200 MPs instead of 39. There are just too few people now to keep secrets and secretly carve up Crown Land and play tricks with quieting titles etc etc.

Mental illness may someday be an acceptable thing to talk about in the Bahamas - but just not yet.

I think they found a good way to distract everyone from the actual NEWS here. Everyone talking about whether underground cable can work (and obviously it can from the posts showing it in other places).

BUT the real issue from the article is I quote:

additional generators ?????????? More old garbage purchased from ex-Russian satellite countries for 10 times their value and they burn more fuel than if we all used our own Honda generators? How much money? Let's see the invoices - let's see the bank wire transfers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure none of the "alleged" money just didn't quite make it to the intended recipient?

There is the real story. We gonna pay millions of dollars for old junk AGAIN and even more than the actual selling price - as usual.

Yes, but I do not think people will be happy under a HAM government. You can see his leadership style evident, and I actually believe it would be worse under him than PGC. If the people would give DNA 19 seats then PLP and FNM would have to coalition to hold the PM. That would be a good thing for our democracy.
