I can think of no other reason why they would say March and then spring it unannounced (at least to their enemies) in January. I guess their friends are all the ones who didnt have a 4 day delay.

As the WTO is planning to takeover this country in June 2020, his input will no longer be required. So he can just chalk these absences up to "practice".

bcitizen - you are correct. The article is not really clear enough for those unfamiliar with operations there to understand all that you just said. Ive flown there so i know. However, the reflexive impulse of so many Bahamians to jump up and defend their governmemt is very much akin to battered wife syndrome. He's such a good husband, and he loves me.
