I stopped using credit cards for at least ten years now and I survived. I don't owe interest on anything and if I want to buy something, I save for it. I don't have a loan at any bank and do not care to. It's robbery any way you look at it. Experience was the best teacher.

I don't believe Smitty did anything. I don't know all the facts but I believe this was a set up or a witch hunt. He never ever, ever, struck me as that type of person at all... Something stinks.

NOw the pre-school I sent my children too has surveillance cameras in every nook and cranny of that school. I hope this school has the same kind of security. This should be an open and shut case.

All of these criminals have parents somewhere... we have to take a look at where they came from, how they were raised, what they were exposed to from an early age. I cannot blame Perry Christie or Hubert Ingraham for anything my children do. I can't blame Nottage. I would have to blame myself and figure out what did I do wrong as a parent. Did I instill values and morals and common courtesies as a child; Did I do my best to encourage and enhance his or her educational experience. Did I care enough that my child was keeping bad company and I did nothing to stop him/ her from going down the wrong path? Was my child the bad company and I just shrugged it off? You have to bend the tree while it's young. Train up a child in the way he should go. When he is old, he will not depart from it. I am sorry for the parents who have to visit their kids behind bars on Christmas, birthdays and other holidays... But that's a long ride to the prison and a long wait, probably. This interest needs to start from the minute they are out of the womb. Not after they have killed and robbed and assaulted somebody - wreaking havoc in the community. I don't know if that is love to bring your child some dinner while they are in prison... Love starts with not cloaking them when they are wrong, and steering them straight. Where did these crazy people come from who want to shoot up a whole community - without any kind of conscience? It's lunacy. We need to preach into our kids again that they have to say NO to drugs too. Trust me, some of these fellas have already fried their brains. There is nothing left, no feelings, no thought processes and no sense. Satan has a place to reign in an empty brain. Sad.

Somehow, somewhere in the spirit, I see Branville McCartney sitting down in his Lazy Boy watching the PLP and the FNM beat each other up publicly, rather than working together to make things better. He's just sitting and watching and waiting for 2017 while they call each other dumb, stupid, irresponsible, pointing fingers, casting blame and he's really going to look like the only option for the way forward. He will remain blameless. A word to the wise is sufficient. He's a smart guy.

You probably just didn't trust Him enough. God's love is tried and proved. I didn't have to rub no-one's belly to bring me back from the brink of death when the doctors gave up on me...I only prayed to my heavenly Father and my survival stunned my own doctors. Miracles still happen. There is more to this life than money and God has blessed me to be a blessing to others no matter what amount of money I have. Merry CHRISTmas to you.

At one point I wanted to move back to Nassau but I change my mind. I love my life.

I am going to apply for a job at BEC and join the union. They have it madeeee. I don't even want to go out in the field. I only want to answer the phone or somethin'. After the first year, I'm gonna be sick for a month and I want my salary and my NIB contributions because I want to take my whole family to Paris when I'm well again. This is the lifeeee....lolol

I hope they don't sleep and they could hear that baby crying every time they close their eyes... Our people too like to speed. I always tell my child to be careful in the parking lot where I live because the drivers speed through there like they are at NASCAr and if someone hit my child, I'm going to have to go all HULK on themmmmm ..
