Which is also why the ministerial/civil service corruption has expanded locally, a case of grab it while you can, cause the imf,oecd, wto and the rest will soon be in total audit control.
The "causeway" better go from EMR proper, past the Brewery and come down by Bellevue otherwise it'll be a causeway from Lake to Lake! If it blocks the flow of water at all EMR and Queens Highway is gonna get more flooding. Meanwhile I understand Dr.Darville pharmacy selling furniture "VAT Free" How does that work? Government is spending money in Grand Bahama to snag the Port on the Cost covering aspect of the H.C.A. seeing as they couldn't prove their expenditures in years past!
Even the Web Shop operators aren't stupid enough to put their receipts into BOB! While Electronic, they are cash based, as are 90% of the population! Again, while paid electronically in many cases, they withdraw 99% on payday and roll out! They save nothing, therefore borrow from each other, A-sue and Credit unions rule. I recently went into a Web Shop for the first time ever, not to buy numbers but to send money to someone. His choice of method, I was in and out within 3 minutes, and he had his $$ instantly. The commercial banks can't do that! It'll take you an hour, and the funds arrive the next day! IF they process it that night! Dude, you got a serious disconnect going on........

When there is no one left to pay dues to these parasites, they will melt into the shadows bemoaning the good old days when they could pitch fits and "bargain" for the assets of others. with no risk to themselves, but always with much for their members to lose.
