If you recall before the lockdown it was HIGHLY unusual to hear about daylight shootings, I cant say definitively that we never had one but if we had two that'd be like water parting under PI bridge. Then all of a sudden about 3 or 4 months into the lockdown we started hearing a spate of daylight murders. The police changed their tone. Theyd previously claimed that they had solved the murder problem! Then suddenly they *needed the publics help because noone could stop murders*.

Hitmen are over curfews. We need police brains now. unfortunately all we hear about is *saturating the streets* ... not much brains

what is this crazy talk about 100 murders? Its like they want to set goals for the unattainable then when not attained say well noone could have achieved that. Set a goal of noone running the red light without a hefty fine. Thats attainable

If the man returned 100k and the vehicles, there was clearly ZERO justification for the NGO to utilize them in any food distribution plan and most likely evidence of use or intended use in for profit initiatives

Doesnt make operational sense. The cost to operate fuel and maintain a barge can only he assumed by a for profit business. No donor is going to give money for that

"*They denied that the payment provider in question had an “exclusive contract” or that it was not properly licensed.*"

what does that have to do with not handing over one penny of *6.4m in fees collected* (if correctly stated)?

"*unnamed payment provider, who he accused of collecting $6.4m on behalf of the Government in work permit and other Immigration-related fees but failing to remit the funds to the Public Treasury.*"

Is this related to the travel visa?

Excessive noise should be considered a public health hazard. All citizens should have a fair expectation of periods of relative peace. In residenrial neighbourhoods in progressive countries like Canada they recognize this fact and noise producing activities like construction work are not allowed before or after certain hours, on holidays or weekends. If we start from the harmful effects of around the clock noise police officers would not be giving answers like there's nothing we can do.

This is why the media circus around police crime strategy/plan is just a dog and pony show. We cant get the simple policing done. They're in business, if you have to visit them twice in one night, fine them relative to their VAT filings, they'll stop.

To concretize the harmfulness of excessive noise, just consider the fact that noise, specifically blasting music, was used as one of the out of control Guantanamo bay prisoner torture tactics

If its not village road, then the question is why it cost 20m?

At present what the retailers are proposing will compound the problem as fuel is an input for everything.
