But this is pretty bad. A. How are these persons involved? Are they part of the problem or elimited because they tried to root out the problem? B. Inside the store? I believe this is a troubling first, at least I cant recall another.
I dont understand why the police allow this gridlock every single year. It's like noone has a brain. I can understand in an emergency where there's no time to plan a more efficient distribution, but year after year, they "plan" this and all they say is avoid the area, knowing full well that people work and go to school in the area and cant avoid it? Please get these people to register at their constituency office next year and give them a specific date and time for pickup.
But I guess they want pictures giving charity to masses of desperate people.
