"*No sodomite is ever going to enter Heaven.*"

Disputes the Grace principle.

The thief repented on the cross. So he literally spent his life tiefin and Jesus tell him, this day you'll be with me in paradise. Gods grace is boundless and unlike us he went among and looking to save the most reviled people in society

True! I believe it was Jesus who said "*what I've created call thou not common or unclean*" he was referring to meat, "literally".. but as with all his messages.. he created people too

Again, the one thing we know for sure the surge started before the independence holiday. What happened before the holiday? A surge of tourists. They're going to have to face this reality or we'll just keep repeating this nonsensical cycle. What does it call for? Monitoring world health trends and fashioning response to our unique circumstances. Unlike the world, we have 1 hospital and we can only handle a max of 30 severe COVID cases at one time. Our response cannot be everyone else in the world doing X. They een in our shoes. Said over and repeatedly we're about 3 months behind whatever spikes outside our border.

People all over the world call alternative people sissies. Even in the most liberal countries.

I think this movement is going to mess alot of people up. For example, the gentleman says to the PM, *"you have the queerest administration in history, when are you going to do something for queer people*"? I wonder if he listened to himself. He basically said, *queer people have some of the best jobs in this country, why are you not helping us*? The fact that queer people have some of the best jobs is acknowledgement, certainly by this administration, that your sexuality has nothing to do with your productivity.

Where I think the movement goes wrong is they give people the expectation that they can someday force legislation that noone should say mean things to you. Its never going to happen. Ever. It doesnt happen in Canada, it doesnt happen in the Netherlands and it doesnt happen in Switzerland. People in those countries just find more passive aggressive means to hate.

I often use biblical references not to bash people over the head but because the bible is probably one of the best philosophy books ever written. It speaks about showing love to men who revile you and despitefully use you, it never once says those people will disappear if you pray hard enough. You cant march enough or attempt to embarrass enough world leaders to make prejudice go away. You gotta get on with what you have to do despite its existence.

Natino's anger gets in the way of his point. The minute I heard there was an angry LGBTQ discourse he was the first person I thought of. Very intelligent but all people remember is how angry he was. The solution you are looking for is not easy, especially in this country. Release the anger and find a way to win people

We need to get serious. Take a position and stick to it. You cant have a big fan fare just 6weeks ago signaling that you intend to eliminate protocols, have the DPM openly stating its time to get rid of them then come back today saying you're concerned that people aren't following protocols. You can "ACT". Go down town, not one tourist is wearing a mask
Chose.

He hasn't received the funds. His issue is management. It was a bad idea to use that 50000 to borrow funds when he had no idea how he'd pay it back and the loans officer must have known that too

"*It’s because FTX gave us some money, the country knows about it, about $50,000. We borrowed money against that money and now the bank is calling for that money and I got no way of paying for it.*"

Clearly the Bishop helps lots of people but management doesn't appear to be his thing. Why would any bank lend him money against the 50000 knowing he had no sure income? Seems like he's getting just enough funds to get him in deeper problems

Maurice Moore - Tribune - July 7 2016:

He's nothing if not consistent... ly on the wrong side

"*Moore also **praised Dr Minnis**, saying one of his strengths is being a “**common man who keeps his common touch**” and can interact with people.*

*He is somebody that **is approachable** and what he has done for the last four years, he has visited all the islands, he has visited all the constituencies, he is one of the few fellows in front line politics who can go Over-the-Hill anytime, anywhere and everyone knows him and they have the greatest respect for him. He **knows how to talk to people** and I believe that **it will be a great day for the Bahamas to have a prime minister like Dr Minnis.**”*

*Yesterday, Mr Moore commended Dr Minnis for not hitting out at the dissenting MPs in the face of their public critiques.*

*He has handled it correctly. The measure of the man, **he will never say a word against any of those six. You notice he has never said a word against them, even though each one of them on their turn just lambaste him on matters that were half true or were not true at all, or was taken out of context.”*

Is that appropriate for a commissioner to bring up that issue and his deep pain at his swearing in? Will that pain cause the police force to be used for revenge? Not saying that it will happen, I'm saying he should have left it unsaid so noone speculates that it could.
