Soon as Brave becomes PM they will all return, Steven Dean Too,. The PLP never wanted Anthony Ferguson and Tellis Bethell to be HODs of the respective forces. Paul Rolle will be gone if they get in power. It how it works,

TigerB says...

It is a cat and mouse game... the FNM will fire them, the PLP will bring them back. Depending on who wins the next elections, the fired 4 plus the new 4 may or may not work together. if Brave can pull it off.... its politics. I have to admit, Marvin was smart to clog up those 4 holes... even if the court rules in favor of the fired 4 there will be no place for them to return too. They will be ACP sitting at home or at a desk somewhere...

I have a problem with one of those promotions, the pay master. This officers has spent his entire career in the pay office of the police force. While I know all of them personally, I simply cannot see him making any type of contribution, he will still have to be led even in that high ranking position. Now we are back up to 8 A.C.P's, a sermon Marvin preach against the former administration regarding the amount of officers in that position. All the best in this one, it will not go away easily.

"In keeping with the constitutional responsibilities of the parliamentary opposition in the affairs of this country, I wish to announce the establishment of the plp covid-19 task force with immediate effect,” Davis said.

He added, “The mandate of this task force is to, from time to time, inform our members, supporters and the country on new developments and events both locally and internationally surrounding this global pandemic and its potential impact on The Bahamas; to monitor the performance of the government in the handling of this critical issue; and to assist the government in public health issues for the protection and well-being of the general public.”

Although Prime Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis on Wednesday appointed a National Coordination Committee on covid-19 (nccc), Davis said he feels legislation is needed to address this novel coronavirus."

I sense it may a finger pointing exercise here, all needs to be reminded that the USA had almost 1200 dies over the past 24 hours... and Spain almost 900 over the past 24 hours. We are just starting. So far we have 3, more to come. I don't think its political at all

TigerB says...

They will have a home now, 3 squares a day. When I was a police in training we were taught that ignorance is no excuse to the law. That applied across the board, even when you don't know, and break the law, you will be found guilty base on that principal.
