It seems that Urban Renewal is the only thing that pleases the police. The officers smiling up in MP's faces cause they know the next promotion they will be rewarded for making the MP's look good. Pro active policing is done thru visibility, sadly officers them stop walking, or only walk after a murder has been committed. Let's not forget the cameras they always bring behind them. You see a hundred police on that one news clip and the next day none thru that same community. It is sickening I often say police like to work hard, cause crime prevention is exactly what it is, preventing crime, dealing with wayward young one while they are impressionable....getting in the school and be a police officer. Police officers in schools are security officers in uniform, nothing more nothing less.

Good point Messenger. I was amazed too to see the spacing in the Majority Rule march asnd the tight fitting We Bahamas march. The PM only talked about the PLP and What they did,no dis respect to the past, but it will not solve our future, the four down grades, the secrecy with Bahamar, and al the other foolishness this goverment is doing!. That said, I m proud of that march yesterday. Ronny Butler summed it all up nicely.
I would hope the Bahamian people don't feel that the government is doing them a favor by providing jobs, its is the role of the government to provide stability, it not a favor.
I went to the store today and paid VAT for my item, still that money was owed to those people, its not like they CCCA was doing them a favor. So what one thing had to do with the next? I'll bet there are more secrets in that court document that is sealed.
I am glad I am posting first. Can some explain to me, how will this work. Dr. Minnis is the leader of the FNM. LBT is the Opposition leader. If the FNM wins, who get the be the PM? The leader of the Opposition or the Leader of the Party. Its just 5 months to go and no one seemingly is budging....
