I'm concerned that the focus here is misguided. There are far greater uses for stem cell therapy other than aesthetic purposes. What about stem cell use in persons with heart disease? What about its use in those with spinal cord injuries? What about its use in persons with leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood disorders? Nothing wrong with wanting to look youthful, but if we're pushing an agenda here, let it be one that's headed in the right direction.

I'm praying for the Blair family during this time. Mrs. Blair is one of the sweetest, most sincere God-fearing women I know. She is a prayer warrior and a fighter, and both she and Marvin will LIVE and not die!

If a person is stabbed or shot, there really should be two types of classifications: Whether or not the person was stabbed or shot due to a victim defending himself (i.e., in a robbery) OR if the person was stabbed or shot intentionally and with malice. There's no way to circumvent the true nature of a crime.

Police Superintendent Wright MUST be the person driving the bus at all times, because how he can attest to what action(s) another person takes is beyond comprehension. Of course they would deny fault! Have you ever heard of them accepting responsibility, even when the evidence suggests that they are culpable??? I strongly commend Mr. Greenslade on his efforts in revamping the reputation that the Force has with the public, but even he cannot make miracles!

Eleven years jail time for scarring a 69-year old woman for the rest of her mortal life?Something is seriously wrong with this. He should never be allowed to see the light of day again. But then again, maybe he should. That way REAL justice can be served!

Not surprised! This speaks to the calibre of people the restaurant hires and to the overall decay of the moral fiber as a country. Twisted Lime is but one establishment in this country where poor attitudes and unprofessionalism has become the norm. You find it in government offices, healthcare settings, grocery stores, and even in the Church! The attitudes of "who's connected to who" has long existed within our communities and in some instances has allowed criminally-minded people the opportunity to do as they wish to whomever they feel! I commend the restaurant for taking strides to ensure Ms. Chatti did not bear the brunt of medical fees. Now, Ms. Chatti, go and see the Commissioner. He has publicly vowed to instill confidence within the Bahamian people when it comes to the Police Force, and if he is a man of his word (which I believe he is), he will see this matter through to completion.
