The article title is misleading. Jehovah's Witnesses are only helping *their* members and perhaps a few people living on the same street as their members. That is not helping other affected people.
Jehovah's Witnesses would never fly somewhere on a humanitarian mission to help people in general unless *their* members were in need.
It's rare although it does happen from time to time, for a Jehovah's Witness member to help someone who is a *non-member* unless they are studying or attending their services. And if they do help a *non-member* the exertion is minimal to none.
