I've come to the conclusion that the IDB is now running our country. Our incompetent elected officials have allowed the IDB to usurp most aspects of their mandate to govern the Bahamas in the best interests of the Bahamian people.
Neither the students nor pie-mouth-hole Henfield have a say in the quarantine lock-down in Red China. The students in Red China are subject to that country's declared laws while there. And pie-mouth-hole Henfield has no say whatsoever in the declared laws of the Xi-led communist regime.
It's all too obvious the Bahamian students caught in the Red China lock-down have been fed much misinformation by the Xi-led communist regime. Clearly there have been many more deaths than the 56 reported by secretive Red China not to mention the wrongful, deceitful and reckless denial that the virus is not easily transmitted by to its victims.
This new c-virus, for which there is no known vaccine, is very capable of transmission by air. It also has a longer than usual life outside of its host victims, i.e. it can stay alive for a longtime on objects just waiting to be touched and carried to the face of its next victim.
As the number of identified cases increases in North America, few will want to risk travelling in the cramped quarters of any plane or ship loaded with passengers where the risk of infection will be very high. Not a pretty outlook for our tourist dependent economy.
But Joy Jibrilu will nevertheless somehow manage to paint a rosy tourist outlook for the Bahamas. After all, it's what she's paid to do no matter what the truth may actually be.
That's not going to happen. Governing our country as a democracy under its Westminster parliamentary system of government is not dependent on the existence of any one or more political parties, especially corrupt political parties like the FNM and PLP. But the effective functioning of our system of government within our constitutional democracy, and the well-being of our country as a whole, is very much dependent on a majority of elected officials who are not corrupt.
