You scratch my back and I will scratch your back so that we both end up looking good to the public. We all know how that game is played.

The most well educated, trained and dedicated Bahamian medical doctors and nurses don't live and work in the Bahamas thanks to the repressive cartel of older medical doctors, like Minnis and Sands, and their family members who now also enjoy very privileged positions in the medical community on the basis of who they know as opposed to what they know. The smarter and more talented Bahamians drawn to the medical and nursing professions quickly realise there's no future for them in a healthcare system in the Bahamas that is so obviously rigged from an earnings standpoint by the few medical practitioners who are politically well connected. The Bahamas is left with ......., well, you get the picture.

Fully agree with you on Davis, but Minnis is so bad I just don't know if Christie could possibly be any worse.

Your Minnis campaign mission is always much too transparent. LMAO

Many thanks to the senior US diplomats and those Bahamians (who truly have influential connections with our northern neighbours) for helping us get these desperately needed medical supplies. And we greatly appreciate your forbearance with whatever interference and nuisance may have been caused by our country's ambassador to the US.

Moody's would have you believe they have a crystal ball for all things economic, and now health, related. They've grown accustomed to just throwing whatever hogwash they come up with against the wall and seeing if it sticks. And they love dumb governments that give them the time of day!

Americans and Canadians alike will be driving their own vehicles to safer North American vacation destinations which provide more physical distancing for years to come. Very few are going to fly on planes crowded with other passengers to vacation destinations abroad that do not provide plenty of physical distancing from other vacationers. This is going to be the new norm for at least the next few years, assuming an effective vaccine for the Red China Virus can be developed for wide spread innoculations in just about all countries. Keep in mind too that virologists suspect the Red China Virus is easily able to mutate into different strains much like flu viruses and there is yet no bullet proof vaccination for the annual flu season.

> But rest assured that we have put in place these restrictions and guidelines to save lives.

Only 49 confirmed cases based on low level of testing so far with only 8 deaths. That's great. Perhaps if Minnis kept us all locked up at home indefinitely and showed the same degree of concern about crime in our country we would not have on average about 100 murders a year. But then again, his curfew and/or total lock-down emergency orders may be more motivated by the fear of mass rioting, looting and crime by the more destitute and desperate who are now unemployed, than by the Red China Virus itself.

One thing is for sure though, Minnis had better start addressing our dire economic crisis in terms of national security measures aimed at keeping the peace and recognizing that many people simply will not stay cooped up in their homes or wherever they may now be living for inordinate periods of time. Also steps must be taken to ensure basic food supplies and drinking water are available for everyone to avoid panic situations that can all too easily trigger mass rioting and looting accompanied by violent crime. Minnis needs to think, think, think many things through very careful. The threat of the Red China Virus will only afford him a limited 'stay-at-home' window of opportunity to do so.
